As part of the Brisbane festival, I went to see the performance Dance Energy last night, put on by Queensland ballet, Dancenorth and expressions dance company. I hadn't been to a dance performance in a long time and it was a good way of showing how a story can be told without words. Thinking about this could help me to present my architectural fiction in an alternative way, drawing more on music and movement rather than words. I felt when it is up to interpretation, a greater number of emotions are drawn on and a more complex understanding and story is developed.
